Reasonable price, great shears, saves much time in the kitchen. The plastic comb makes cleaning a breeze.
I used these to quickly cut up cilantro for salsa. They save a lot of time and effort vs using a knife or regular kitchen scissors. I can't wait to try them with green onions and chives. I like that the cover can be used to clear the herbs from the blades.
Makes cutting herbs easier than having to cut them with a knife. The only negative is they are not that easy to clean by hand so they must go in the dishwasher after use.
Finely chopping parsley, basil, chives etc. was always tedious time consuming and messy. These really help a lot. One thing I noticed is that the small "comb" to remove bits stuck between the blades is too flimsy. I discovered the notches on the cover easily slide between the blades and are better spaced and sturdy. Throw out the comb and just use the protective case.
This works well for me. The cover keeps the blades sharp. I don’t wash this in a dishwasher because a simple rinse will do.
